System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'ceTe.DynamicPDF.Viewer.40.x86.dll'

We have built an installer with the control.
When we install on Win7 or Windows server 2008 it works ok.

The customer needs to test it on a windows server 2003.

Then this message is shown:
System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'ceTe.DynamicPDF.Viewer.40.x86.dll' or one of its dependencies.

Is the PDF viewer also dependant on vc++ ?

Yes, the DynamicPDF Viewer for .NET product requires VC++ redistributable package installed. Please refer to the documentation on deployment on our website here.

Same dll some times working and some times it's not working, could you please provide your suggestions.

The error message indicates that you are missing a referenced DLL or the VC++ redistributable is not installed. Make sure the application is targeting the correct .NET framework and set with correct platform target (x86 or x64) as per the DLL referenced and see it works for you. Also we recommend using the latest build of v3.
