Print Output not the same as in viewer

Hi there,

i have a problem with the DynamicPDF Viewer. When i view a document all seems fine. Printing the document with the Print Dialog results in some differences, especially some words are not "bold" but in the viewer they are. If i print the pdf with Adobe viewer all is correct.

Any suggestions? We are dependant on this functionality.

Can you please send over the following details to support@cete.com so we can look into it further?

1.Source PDF.
2.Scanned copy of the printer output (printed from DynamicPDF Viewer and Adobe Reader).
3.Exact version and build number of the DynamicPDF Viewer product DLL file. You can get this information in DLL references properties (Version field) in Visual Studio.
4.Are you seeing this behaviour while printing to a specific printer or on all printers?
5.Operating system details: Name, x86 or x64.
