Licensing - Remove Rasterizer Eval Message

I have generated the license key(s) and such.  Added to the web config, etc. But the text still shows up in the preview.  How do I get rid of it?

Is there more that I have to add to it?

Can someone post more examples of how to get rid of the text?

Can you please send over the following details to our support team at: support@cete.com so that they can look into it further? Please do not post any information regarding your product serial number and license key on the public forums.

1.        License key which you are adding to the application.
2.        DynamicPDF product serial number.
3.        Exact version and build number of DynamicPDF Rasterizer product dll file.
