DynamicPDF Rasterizer for .NET (v1) Forum

Is there a way to create a lower resolution version of a PDF with the Dynamic PDF Rasterizer - for previewing?  Then create a higher res version after certain options have been selected?

Hello,

Yes, you can set desired resolution to the image using  DpiImageSize class of DynamicPDF Rasterizer API. Please refer documentation on setting resolution to the images here.  Also refer the documentation on supported output image formats here. You can either save the generated images to disk or output them as byte array.

Thanks,

Thanks!  I will check them out!
All of these are for output files other than PDF.
I don't want to output an image (jpg, gif, tiff, png, etc.) file - I want to output to low res version of the created PDF.

Hello,

It is not possible to set resolution to the PDF document using any of our DynamicPDF products. You can only set resolution to the images using our DynamicPDF Rasterizer for .NET product while converting PDF to supported image formats.
