Hello,
Is there a way to make a PDF/A complaint document having checkBox as Read-Only ?

Hello,

In order to create PDF documents that are PDF/A compliant certain criteria must be met and certain features cannot be used. The Button, Check Box and Radio Button form fields cannot be used while creating PDF/A compliant PDFs. You can refer to the criteria to be followed in order to create PDF/A compliant PDF here.
 
Because of this it is not possible to create a PDF/A compliant PDF using DynamicPDF for Java with a checkbox form field.
