Java Merger - PDF Links Questions

Hi,

I am trying to determent the best class to use to create links inside the pdf to other content in the same pdf.

I page 1 I have a reference to a list of items that come later in the PDF.  That list may be on page 1 or page 50, I won't know that till I have completed the processing of the data and build the pdf.

I am trying place a link on the text in the pdf so the reference on page 1 will jump to page 50 where the detail is for that item.

Hello Ron,

You can add links to the PDF document which navigate to the other page within the same PDF without any problem using our DynamicPDF Merger API.  You will need to use the Link page element of our API to achieve your requirement. You will need to set the XYDestination action to Link page element. Please note that you will need to know the page number to which you want to navigate.
