Form submit button doesn't work

Hello,

I have an existing pdf document with a submit button that submits the pdf to a url.  The document works fine if I open the file directly, however, when I generate the pdf using DynamicPDF, the Submit button loses its formatting and no longer submits the form data to the url.  It just sits there doing nothing. 

Is there a setting I need to set prior to generating the pdf? 

Also, this is the evaluation version of the product if that makes any difference.

The reason you are not able to submit the PDF to a URL upon merging with our product is because the Document level JavaScript is not being preserved using v3.0 our product and only button level JavaScript is being preserved.

Ability to preserve Document Level Javascript and adding Javascript to the document are features we have added to v4.0 of our product, the beta for which has been released on our web site. Using the evaluation version is not the cause of the behavior. Evaluation version allows you to use all the features that our licensed versions offer but will add a watermark in the background of the output PDF.
