Hi
We have updated the licensing Key. On our local machine the dynamic PDF logo is not displayed on the back ground of the PDF. But when we print the PDF on UAT box we get the Dynamic PDF logo in the back ground. Seems to be some Licensing issue. Need urgent help

Hello,

Make sure that you generated new license key for the UAT server from the Customer Area because each license key is unique and is based off the machine name. If not, you will have to log into the Customer Area using your serial number and generate new license key for the UAT server based on the server name and then add the new license key and that should remove the watermark.

If you continue getting the watermark, can you tell us the text that appears between the square brackets on the top of the page having the watermark? It should look like [X:X:X] where X will be numbers.

Thanks,

Hello,

Since you have a developer license, you can use the same license key you have used for the local machine. Its only with the server license that you have to generate unique license keys for each machine.

Are you adding the license key using the line of code?

Can you please email your serial number and the code you are using to add your license key to Support Team so that we can take a look at what is causing the watermark to appear.

Thanks,
