Hi,

I have a button in an web application that send a mail when the button is pressed. The button's function send only one mail but sometime for an unknow reason the person received the same mail with the same date and hour 3,4 or 5 times in one shot.

Is the send command make a loop if the mail server is busy or down or whaterver?

Best regards,

Emilie Meunier

Hello Emilie,

We have not seen this kind of behavior while using our DynamicPDF FireMail for .NET product. It looks like same email address has duplicate entry in your CC or BCC. The Send command will send the email as per your code and it will not loop if the mail server is busy or down for some reason.

Thanks,
ceTe Software Support Team.
