Hi,
We reviewed the error details and found that AccessViolationException is very genetic error. If the issue is with printing PDFs on a specific printer then update the printer driver and see if it helps.
If you continue facing an issue then please send over following information to
support@dynamicpdf.com so we can look into it further.
1.Code sample or simple console application which uses static data to recreate the error.
2.Sample PDFs used for printing(if issue is specific to PDFs).
3.Printer details, printing on which you are getting error: Printer name, version of printer driver.
4. A link to download specific printer driver.
5.Full error message along with stack trace(including error code).
6.Exact version and build number of DynamicPDF PrintManager product DLL file used in your application. You can find this information by right clicking on the DLL file>>Properties>>Details tab>>Product version. Take a screenshot of Details tab and send it over to us.
Add a link for this Form in E-mail to support team.
