Could you please suggest if DynamicPDF in java support digital signature on pdf using certificate from epass2003 , token based.

While you can sign the PDF document using certificates in DynamicPDF Merger/Generator for Java product (refer to the documentation on digital signing here) please note that DynamicPDF Generator/Merger for Java product does not support adding digital signature on a PDF using certificates from epass2003 (e-token driver).
