How can I convert an existing PDF file to a PDF/A file?

Hi,
You mark a document as PDF/A when merging it, however, we do not add logical structure elements to an existing PDF, so the the input PDF isn't tagged, the resulting PDF will not pass PDF/A1a compliance tests. New content can be tagged however. This topic shows how to mark a PDF as PDF/A.
PDF/A
Thanks,

Hi there
We are evaluating DaynamicPDF and one of the requirements is that it is possible to create a PDF/A from a existing PDF document. Is this sill not possible with DynamicPDF?
Thank you for your help
Best,
