Evaluation - Not converting a barcode

I am using Mustache templates to generate labels with barcodes which I then convert to PDFs for printing.  When using your converter, the barcode does not use the Code39 font - it just converts the text.  Is there a way to make sure it converts the barcode?

Yes - CCode39 Regular and Code39QuarterInch Regular are installed.  I have a sample app if there is a way for me to submit it.

Please send over the following information to support@dynamicpdf.com so we can look into it further.

1.        Code sample or console application which uses static data to recreate the behavior.
2.        Exact version and build number of the DynamicPDF Converter for .NET product used in the application. You can get this information in DLL references properties (Version and Description fields) in Visual Studio.
3.        Output PDF.
4.        Font files.
5.        OS details where in the application is running: Name, x86 or x64.
